An Altoona woman is behind bars today after she was reportedly found with 200 packets of heroin and a handgun, in an apartment she had been evicted from. Arrested last week was 40-year old Anita Datres. Police say they were called to an apartment on the 900 block of 6th Avenue in Altoona, for a report of people being inside, after the tenant was evicted. When city police arrived, they found four people, including Datres in the apartment. Once there, police saw drug paraphernalia out in the open. Datres was placed in custody on an arrest warrant she had in Blair County. She is facing charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm, and numerous other related counts. She was placed in the Blair County Prison on her warrant and later arraigned. Bail has been set at $75,000.
