The Friends of the Altoona Area Public Library Fall Used Book Sale is Friday, October 25th, 8:30am to 5pm, 9am to 4pm Saturday the 26th, and 8:30am to 6pm Monday the 28th.  Friends’ and Members Pre-Sale is Thursday the 24th from 5:30 to 8pm.  They’ll have books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks and games.  All money raised benefits the Library.  It’s at 1600 5th Avenue at 17th Street
