VFW Post 8685 Juniata will have a Halloween Costume Party Saturday night October 26th at 6.  It’s open to Members and the public and families; $3 for non-members.  Music by the band Rock of Ages. Cash bar only.  It’s at 126 North 16th Avenue in Altoona
