Pennsylvania State Police in Bedford are looking for a 16-year-old girl who may be at special risk of harm, injury or may be confused. They are asking for the public’s help in finding Elizabeth Baker who was last seen, last night in the area of Clarence Street in Hyndman Borough, Bedford County.
