The July 13th assassination attempt at Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania “can and will happen again” unless there’s a major shake-up at the Secret Service. That’s according to an independent bipartisan review panel made up of four former senior law enforcement and government officials. They warn of another major security lapse if the agency doesn’t undergo a “fundamental reform.” In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the panel said the Secret Service has become bureaucratic and complacent. One person was killed and three others were injured including Trump, when a shooter took aim at the former President in Butler.
