Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, Dave McCormick was in Altoona yesterday as he addressed supporters at Tom and Joe’s Restaurant in downtown. McCormick, who is running against Democratic incumbent Bob Casey, held a press conference where he told supporters the Biden/Harris Administration was bankrupting the middle class. He further said the failed economic policies of the Biden/Harris/and Bob Casey Administrations has over stimulated the economy making it harder and harder for people to get ahead. McCormick said about 60% of Pennsylvania families are living paycheck to paycheck because of inflation, which he says, has been caused by reckless spending in Washington.
