The DEA’s next National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is Saturday, October 26th from 10am to 2pm. Local law enforcement will help with the collection of unneeded, out of date prescription and over-the-counter drugs.  Locations include Van Zandt VA Medical center , Penn State Altoona at the Poplar Building, Thomaspson’s Pharmacy on Chestnut, in front of the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Patton Borough Police and Fire, the Carrolltown Police Department, the Cambria County D.A.’s Office, Pennywren’s in Fallentimber, Adams Twp.
