Pennsylvania motorists are shelling out a little less cash this week as they top off the tank. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell last week in the Keystone State to three-dollars-35-cents. The national average is at three-19 a gallon. Here in Blair County the going rate is three-49 a gallon. The state with the lowest average price per gallon is Mississippi at two-dollars-75-cents. California remains the highest at four-65 a gallon.
