Court Records Document Rape Accusations Against Two Former PSU Football Players

Two former Penn State football players, who face felony charges of rape and other sex crimes, appeared in court yesterday.  In July, university police were notified of a sexual assault that took place at Nittany Apartments.  A 17-year-old woman told authorities she was raped by both Jameial Lyons and Kaveion Keys, and forced to perform oral sex on both men.  Another woman in the apartment, also told authorities she awoke to find her pants removed, with Lyons touching and penetrating her.  Both women told authorities they had been provided alcohol.  Unsecure bond was set for Jameial Lyons at $500,000, and unsecure bond was set at $400,000 for Kaveion Keys.  A preliminary hearing for both men has been scheduled for October 30th.
