The Drug Enforcement Administration’s next National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is tomorrow from 10am-2pm. Local law enforcement will help with the collection of unneeded, out of date prescriptions, and over-the-counter drugs. Drop-off points include Penn State Altoona, Thompson’s Pharmacy on Chestnut Avenue in Altoona, the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Patton Borough Police and Fire, the Carrolltown Police Department, the Cambria County D.A.’s Office, Pennywren’s in Fallentimber, Adams Township Police and Fire, and Patton Township Police at the Colonade in State College.
