Authorities with the FAA are investigating a small plane crash that occurred yesterday near the State College Airport. The single-engine Piper reportedly crashed into a cornfield yesterday afternoon around 1:30, after the pilot reported issues with the engine. Two people were on board the plane when it crashed. No injuries were reported, and the aircraft was not damaged.
