Authorities say a bomb threat targeting the Somerset County Building and the Office of Voter Registration and Election on Wednesday was a hoax. Both buildings were evacuated due to the threat of violence. Police say the message was consistent with other hoax threats received in other Pennsylvania counties, including Blair this week, that appear to have ties to Russia.
