Votes are still being counted in Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate race. According to NBC News, Republican Dave McCormick holds a lead of four-tenths-of-a-percent over Democratic Senator Bob Casey. If the final margin is less than half-of-a-percent, the race will go to an automatic recount. McCormick is claiming victory, but Casey has yet to concede.
