Initial filings for unemployment are rising across Pennsylvania. That’s according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which says for the week ending November 9th, more than eleven-thousand-500 initial filings for unemployment were filed in Pennsylvania. That number is more than one-thousand higher than the week prior. Nationally, unemployment claims dropped for the week.
