A Cambria County corrections officer has been charged with engaging in sexual acts with a female inmate. Authorities say 37-year-old Matteson Speed allegedly engaged in having sex multiple times last month, with a female inmate, during his breaks. Officer Speed is facing one felony count of institutional sexual assault. He was arraigned last Thursday and is free on unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is pending.
