Thirty Chihuahuas were rescued from a Johnstown home on Tuesday after their owner was found dead.  Police arrived at the home, located on the 500 block of Napoleon Street, after being called in for a wellness check after the 74-year-old owner had not been seen for days.  Once there, authorities discovered the dogs, which were eventually taken to the Humane Society of Cambria County.  Authorities say it appears as of the dogs were part of backyard breeding operation, which is unlicensed breeding of dogs for profit.  The Humane Society says the dogs were healthy, but a number of them were covered with fleas.  Shelter officials say the dogs will be up for adoption in a few weeks.  In regards to the man whose body was found, authorities say it appears as if his death was as a result of natural causes.
