A Houtzdale man was charged yesterday for the over-dose death of another. Last November, 44-year-old Bruce Raab was charged with drug delivery resulting in the death of 33-year-old Justin Moore, whose body was found by his parents in their Clearfield County home. An investigation revealed Raab allegedly supplied Moore with amphetamine and fentanyl. The death was ruled an overdose. Raab has been charged with felonies for drug delivery resulting in death, and other related counts. He is currently in the Clearfield County Prison where bail has been denied.
