The Christmas tree at the Pennsylvania State Capitol is lit up for the holidays. Governor Josh Shapiro took part in the ceremony last night to bring the 24-foot-tall Douglas fir to life. The tree is decorated with more than a thousand LED lights and over 700 ornaments handmade by Pennsylvania Pre-K students and seniors. The Capitol Christmas Tree will be lit every night through January 8th.
