The Altoona McDonald’s where murder suspect, Luigi Mangione was apprehended, is getting backlash online.  Mangione was taken into custody on Monday at the Plank Road McDonald’s after he was recognized by a customer.  The customer then went to an employee who in turn called 911.  Since the arrest, there have been many calls on social media to free Mangione which has led users to leave bad reviews at McDonalds.  In the meantime, Yelp has shut down reviews for the location, citing “unusual activity.” During a press conference on Monday, held at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvanian Governor Josh Shapiro stressed that Mangione was “not a hero”.  Shapiro said the true hero was the individual who called 911.
