A Pittsburgh man is facing charges after he was allegedly spotted selling cocaine and other drugs to members of a Penn State frat house. Police say officers arrested 22-year-old Thomas Michael Robinson Friday and seized quantities of suspected narcotics, as well as drug paraphernalia following a search of his home and car. He was charged with 13 counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, five counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and multiple misdemeanor charges, including possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to go before a judge on Wednesday.
