A Centre County woman will be spending up to three years in prison after being sentenced for her involvement in a deadly crash that claimed the life of a Bellefonte man in April of 2023. Meghan Horner, of Marion Township, was in court yesterday, where she was sentenced to serve 18-36 months in prison, followed by one year probation. In April of last year, she pled guilty to crashing her vehicle in Spring Township, Centre County, that resulted in the death of 76-year-old Andrew Swarm. Reportedly, Horner admitted to being under the influence at the time of the crash.
