Pennsylvania officials are joining a working group to address the numerous recent drone sightings. The Miller Center for Policing and Community Resilience at Rutgers University convened law enforcement professionals last Friday from across the Northeast and Canada. The Center’s director, John Farmer, said it’s critical “to cut through the noise and hysteria” to share information and develop best practices when it comes to a unified police response to unprecedented drone sightings. The drones were seen earlier this month in Eastern Pennsylvania.
