The Tyrone community is coming together at the end of the month to hold a spaghetti dinner to benefit an auto repair shop that was destroyed by fire on New Year’s Day. Phil’s Auto Garage on Lincoln Avenue was destroyed by a blaze that broke out around 6 a.m. The benefit spaghetti dinner will be held at the Tyrone Alliance Church on January 25th, beginning at noon until they’re sold out. The cost is $10 per meal, and includes salad and dessert. The dinner will be take-out only, and tickets can be purchased at the door.
