A 19-year-old Altoona man, who reportedly was driving when a deadly single vehicle crash occurred in Bedford County, appeared in court yesterday, where all but one charge was bound over to court. Kaleb Strong is facing a number of charges including homicide by vehicle while DUI, for a crash that occurred last October on Route 30. Killed in that crash were 16-year-old Keaghan Smith-Price of Altoona, and 22-year-old Kamren Martin of State College. Strong is currently out on bail.
