Warming centers have opened up throughout Central Pennsylvania. Here in Blair County you can go to the Altoona Salvation Army Church on 6th Avenue. Also the James E Van Zandt Medical Center for Veterans will have a warming center opened today and tomorrow, from 7 a.m. until 10 this evening.
