In a story that’s gotten a lot of attention, charges are now pending against two snowmobilers who allegedly chased and egregiously harassed a red fox last week in Lebanon County. Officials with the Pennsylvania Game Commission-Southeast Region say the two suspects turned themselves in following last Monday’s incident in a field near in Heidelberg, Pennsylvania. Witnesses recorded the alleged harassment on video and shared the footage online, prompting the suspects to surrender to authorities. The suspects have been identified only as a 20-year-old man and a juvenile. No word on the condition of the fox.
