An investigation continues into the shooting death of a 22 year-old Johnstown man, who was shot and killed last Thursday evening, outside a home on the 100 block of D Street. Killed was Anthony Cobaugh. Initially, a 19-year-old West Carroll Township man was taken into custody for the shooting, but charges against him were dropped after a witness recanted their statement. Cobaugh was a 2020 graduate of the Greater Johnstown School District. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with his funeral costs.
