A Johnstown man, whose frozen body was found in his Moxham home last week, has been identified as 59-year-old Robert Procious. Police say his body was found after family members called police to conduct a welfare check. The Cambria County Coroner had to wait several days to perform an autopsy as he had to wait for the body to thaw. When the body was found, there was no heat in the home, and the inside of the home registered at 18 degrees. Investigators say his family had been paying for his electricity, and there were space heaters in the home, but they were not being used. The autopsy showed that Procious died from hypothermia, and his death is being ruled an accident.
