A Lebanon County man is facing animal cruelty charges for chasing down, and running over a fox while on a snowmobile. The incident, which garnered national attention, was caught on cellphone video. It shows 20-year-old Jeffrey Horst of Myerstown, running down the animal in an open field. He and a 17-year-old turned themselves in after they were caught on camera harassing the fox in a field in Heidelberg Township on Jan. 20. It is not known at this time if the 17-year-old has been charged. More information on this incident is expected to be released today by the district attorney.
