State officials have launched a pair of lotteries that promise to give winners the chance to purchase rare bottles of whiskey. Rare varieties of Buffalo Trace Antique Collection and Van Winkle are included as part of the event, run by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Lottery registration ends at 5 p.m. Friday.
