A Flinton man is behind bars after he allegedly admitted to forcing a five-year-old girl to perform sexual acts. Cambria County authorities have arrested 71-year-old Richard Steele, who reportedly was visiting the victim’s family at a Revloc apartment, when the two were left alone. Police report that while the child was playing with her toys, Steele allegedly exposed himself, and forced the girl to touch him inappropriately. Police say the victim then reported the alleged incident to a family member. Steel has been charged with felonies for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and other related counts. He is in the Cambria County Prison where bail has been set at $100,000.
