Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro says billions of dollars in federal funding has been unfrozen. The governor announced yesterday that over two-billion-dollars in federal money is available to the state again after it was held up by the Trump Administration. The money was reportedly earmarked for the state in major legislation passed under President Joe Biden. Shapiro filed a lawsuit earlier this month, claiming the Trump Administration was ignoring court orders to release the funds.
