The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is launching an investigation into UPMC Memorial Hospital in York County, following last month’s shooting. OSHA says a complaint was filed on February 22nd, the same day a gunman entered the intensive care unit. According to WHP-TV, some hospital employees have expressed dissatisfaction with UMPC Memorial’s security measures. The investigation can take up to six months to complete.
