A 29-year-old Altoona man is facing charges into allegations he uploaded suspected child pornography to a social media chat app known as Discord. After a months-long investigation, authorities with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office report that Jamie Rinehart allegedly admitted to viewing and uploading the images. Rinehart was arraigned this week and is facing charges of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. Rinehart is free on unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 19th.
