Thousands of Pennsylvanians could miss out their share of more than 52-million-dollars in tax refunds. The IRS says the refunds are for taxpayers who did not file their Form 1040 Federal Income Tax Return for the 2021 tax year. That includes about 53-thousand Pennsylvania residents. The deadline to apply for your 2021 tax refund is April 15th.
