The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services has established the Emergency Rental Assistance Program to provide financial assistance to eligible households, directly or indirectly, impacted financially by COVID-19. This assistance will be available to eligible households struggling to pay rent, rental arrears, utilities, utility arrears, and other related housing expenses. Blair County Community Action Program is the agency administering the program to Blair County residents. The initial application is now available on the PA Compass website www.compass.state.pa.us.
