According to the Altoona Police Department, Jason Michael Brandt turned himself into authorities and is currently in custody after facing hundreds of charges in connection to a lengthy child sex assault investigation. The 41 year old Brandt charged with over 200 counts. Brandt is a resident of Altoona but police believe that he may have also fled to North Carolina after being charged.
