THE SEEMINGLY NEVER ENDING BATTLE OVER ELECTION FRAUD TOOK ANOTHER TURN ON FRIDAY.
AT THE 11th HOUR, THE STATE SUPREME COURT ISSUED A RULING HALTING THE PLANNED INSPECTION OF VOTING MACHINES IN FULTON COUNTY, JUST AS THE MACHINES WERE BEING TAKEN INTO A MEETING OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. LAWYERS REPRESNTING GOV TOM WOLF APPEALED TO THE HIGH COURT TO OVERTURN A LOWER COURT RULING THAT ALLOWED THE INSPECTION OF THE MACNHINES FOR POSSIBLE FRAUD, BUT THE HIGH COURT’S FILING OFFICE SIDED WITH THE GOVERNOR’S LAWYERS AND ISSUED THE TEMPORARY INJUNCTION. SEN CHRIS DUSH REQUESTED ALL OF THE DIGITAL DATA FROM THE MACHINES FOR THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, WHICH IS THE ISSUE AT THE HEART OF THE BATTLE.
