State police in Blair County have charged a Hollidaysburg man following a DUI-related crash that injured two people, according to a criminal complaint. Troopers say Matthew Hall, 40, faces charges of felony aggravated assault by vehicle, as well as various DUI and careless/reckless driving related charges, according to online court documents. Police say on the morning of Feb. 8, troopers were dispatched to the area of West Loop Road and Eastview Street for a two-vehicle crash. Troopers say Hall was transported to UPMC Altoona for a blood draw, which showed that he had a BAC of .258, over three times the legal limit, at the time of the crash. Hall is employed as the elementary principal for the Claysburg-Kimmel school district.
