Police Reports State That Oblinsky And Fisher Had Gotten Into A Verbal Argument Apparently Over Fishers Substance Abuse Problems, Which Led To A Violent Confrontation And Subsequent Shooting. Oblinsky Claimed He Shot Fisher In Self Defense, But That Claim Was Rebuffed. Oblinsky Will Begin Serving His Sentence At SCI Laurel Highlands On May 1st. He Received Credit For 11 Months Already Served, And Could Be Released At The End Of 2024.
