According To A Report By WJAC, Chase Turner Is Asking The Courts To Reinstate His Post Conviction Appeal Rights. No Details Were Given With Regards To What The Appeal Is Actually About, Just That The Cambria County District Attorneys Office Says That Judge Patrick Kiniry Will Decide The Matter This Week. Turner Was Convicted Of Killing 20 Year Old Olivia Reed Of Johnstown While Turner Was Driving The Wrong Way Along Rt. 219 When He Crashed Into A Vehicle That Killed Reed And Seriously Injured Her Passenger. Turner Was Also Drunk At The Time Of The Crash.
