The Report States That Gemma Power Systems, The Company In Charge Of The Project, Hired A Firm Called Hardhat Workforce Solutions To Screen Job Applicants. Meanwhile, The President Of The South-Central Building Trades Labor Council, Says His Group Already Has The Trained Laborers To Handle The Construction Jobs. He Said The Effort To Hire Non Construction Workers Is A Slap In The Face. The Project Is Expected To Employ Between 250-300 People During The Peak Construction Time.
