WJAC reports that police in Clearfield County arrested 51 year old Richard English after a teenage girl told them he made unwanted advances towards her. The report says that English got into a conversation with the victim and told her that she was wearing nice clothes. She then said that English hugged her, kissed her and groped her. English initially denied the accusations, but later told police he did did kiss the 14 year old. English is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent assault. He is in the Clearfield County jail on $50,000 bail
