The Blair Creators Festival, presented by ArtsAltoona & The Penn State Sheetz Fellows is 11am to 6pm Saturday, April 23rd in downtown Altoona along 11th Avenue between 13th & 15th Streets. There’ll be food, artists, vendors, educational presentations, live music on two stages and more. Admission is free
