The Altoona Mirror reports that 17 year old Joshua Riggleman entered his plea in court yesterday after facing charges stemming from a fight last year. Riggleman was involved in a fight with an unidentified 26 year old man in Tyrone. Riggleman reportedly picked up a knife during the struggle and stabbed the victim three times in the back. Riggleman was arrested and held in the Blair County jail since his arrest. If the judge imposes the agreed to sentence recommendation, Riggleman could be free in May because the minimum portion of the sentence will have already been served. Riggleman allegedly told police he stabbed the victim in self defense.
