Federal, state and local authorities collaborated on a joint effort to arrest 4 men, all from Philadelphia in two separate raids yesterday. Police reported that they arrested Nigel Lomax, Gary Love, Kasheem Jackson and Robert Taylor, charging them with major drug offenses. The report indicates law enforcement conducted raids on two separate locations on McCabe and Adams streets and found the men with the drugs that included crack cocaine, cocaine, meth, heroin and fentanyl. The drugs have a street value close to $39,000. The quartet is charged with drug possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. All 4 men are in the Cambria County jail today.
