WTAJ reports that 42 year old Michael Koontz was arrested on Wednesday after officers discovered drugs inside his Hollidaysburg home during a parole inspection. Authorities say they found Koontz was in possession of Fentanyl, Marijuana, Methamphetamines and other drug paraphenalia. The report also stated that Koontz tested positive for Cocaine, Fentanyl and Marijuana in his system. Koontz apparently told the officers he had used the drugs, which were in plain sight. He was arrested and charged with drug possession and parole violations and is locked up in the Blair County jail on $20,000 bail.
