The Altoona Association of Model Railroaders will have a Spring Open House 7:30 to 10:30pm Friday and 1 to 5pm Saturday April 29th & 30th.  It’s at the 12th Ward Community Center Building, 2930 South 10th Avenue in Altoona. Admission is free
