The Altoona Mirror reported that a jury found Johnathan Gallaher guilty of starting a fire that caused the death of Mike Troxell last year. The jury took only 90 minutes to find Gallaher guilty of those serious charges, along with 23 other criminal counts. The owners of the home that was set on fire testified that Gallaher started the blaze after an argument. The couple, Mark and Lacy Wolfe along with Harold Gustafson managed to escape the flames and smoke, but Troxell was trapped on the second floor and died. Gallaher is scheduled to be sentenced in the next 60 days. No word on how much time could receive.
