A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police arrested three females and a male juvenile for allegedly stealing the items back in February. The report says that a store employee called 911 to report the retail theft complaint, and described 2 of the suspects. A witness told officers that the suspects fled the scene after taking a cart outside with $483 worth of merchandise. Police also reported that there was another cart outside with a reported $1600 worth of merchandise that was left behind. Police eventually arrested Tonya Koch and Amanda Lewis of Duncansville and Ashley Runk of Altoona. The juvenile also faces charges.
